Dr Godfrey Musuka is Director of Monitoring, Research and Evaluation. Prior to joining ACHAP, he was the Head of the Research Monitoring and Evaluation Unit at the Southern African HIV and AIDS information Dissemination Service (SAfAIDS). He has also worked for EQUINET, The Regional Network on Equity in Health in Southern Africa as a Senior Programme Officer. He has seven years experience in the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation systems for HIV and AIDS interventions, health systems research and health equity programming. He has a Bachelor of Veterinary Science degree from the University of Zimbabwe . He also holds an MPhil in Applied Epidemiology from the University of Hertfordshire (UK) and a Master of Science in Medicine, MSc (MED) degree in the area of Epidemiology and Biostatistics from the School of Public Health of the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg . . |

Lesego Busang is a Senior Programme officer in the Research Monitoring and Evaluation Department of ACHAP. He is responsible for the implementation of ACHAP M&E plans, for assessing the progress and impact of ACHAP organizational and project strategic objectives. He is also responsible for the development and implementation of ACHAP research strategy and support. Prior to joining ACHAP Lesego was a trainee data manager at the Botswana Harvard Partnership for HIV Research and Education for 2 years. He had also spent 7 years as a statistician within the Demography unit and the Census Office of the Central Statistics Office. Lesego holds an M.A. and a B.A. degree in Statistics. |

Kelvin Sikwibele is ACHAPs’ Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. His career begun in Reproductive Health (RH) with Planned Parenthood in Zambia, where he worked as National Programmes Officer for Youth and Gender responsible for developing and strengthening RH interventions. He has also worked for the Margaret Sanger Centre International (MSCI) in South Africa for four years as Senior Programme Officer with oversight for planning and implementing the two regional annual courses offered by the Centre on Programme Planning and M&E. Prior to joining ACHAP, he was Regional M&E Advisor for Pact South Africa, working in Swaziland and Lesotho. He has consulted widely in the SADC region on Monitoring and Evaluation for organizations including UNICEF, ILO, UNFPA, USAID, FHI, AED and Pact. His experience in M&E, spanning over 7 years, includes work on designing, developing and strengthening M&E systems for government, NGOs and CBOs. He holds a BA in Demography from the University of Zambia and a Masters in Demography from the University of the Witwatersrand. |

Innocent Chingombe joins ACHAP as a Senior Programme officer Research and Documentation. Prior to joining ACHAP he was working in Zimbabwe with Zimbabwe Parents of Handicapped Children Association as Head of Research Monitoring and Evaluation Unit. He has also worked for Training and Research Support Centre as a programme coordinator – Public Health Training. He has been with Zimbabwe Aids Policy and Advocacy Project - Futures Group International as Senior Programme Officer and with the Government of Zimbabwe Census as a Statistician. He has written a wide number of publications such as Rapid assessment of the Key and most urgent factors affecting the roll-out of ARV medication in Zimbabwe as well as the Health System challenges affecting the roll out of Male circumcision as an HIV preventative Strategy in Southern Africa. He holds a Master of Science in Population Studies and a Bachelor of Science Honours in Psychology. |
