ACHAP Operations

Blumton Colleen Blumton is Director of Operations at ACHAP. She is responsible for overall operations including financial management, project management support, programme coordination and systems development. Before joining ACHAP, Colleen was the Programme Co-ordinator for Botswana Institute for Development Policy Analysis (BIDPA) and developed her financial and auditing experience in the private sector with BMS Botswana and PriceWaterhouse. She is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (FCCA) United Kingdom and an Associate of the Botswana Institute of Accountants (ACPA). She has an MBA from Manchester Business School and a diploma in the Management and Development of Non-Governmental Organisations from Gallilee College, Israel.
Tjitjindua Francinah Tjitjindua is ACHAP's Financial Administrator, responsible for pioneering and managing financial statements, budgets, audits and forecasts for the organisation and its supported programmes. Prior to joining ACHAP, Francinah worked for the Botswana Institute for Development Policy Analysis (BIDPA). She is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), a member of the Botswana Institute of Accountants and holds a degree in accounting from the University of Botswana.
Ramokgalo Nozipho Ramokgalo joins ACHAP as Senior Finance Officer – Project Funding. Her responsibilities among others include preparation of budgets and reports for ACHAP funded projects and programs, verifying accuracy and completeness of submissions and procurements requests, facilitate disbursements for timely implementation projects, conduct and prepare audit reports and communicate on financial and operational issues, project status and making recommendations. Prior to joining ACHAP she was the Finance and Administration Manager at Botswana Accountancy College. Before joining BAC she worked at Deloitte and Touche as a Senior Audit Assistant. Nozipho holds an ACCA, UK(a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) and an associate member of the Botswana institute of accountants.
Lekobane Christopher Lekobane is a Finance Officer responsible for processing of payments, maintenance of general ledger, maintenance of fixed assets register, cashbook and debtors reconciliations. He was previously employed by PPC Botswana, Hyundai Service Center and Target Meat Industries in Lobatse as Finance Officer. Chris has over 10 years experience in Accounts. He holds an AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians-London) and he is currently pursuing CIS ( Institute of Chartered Secretary and Administrator) with UNISA ( University of South Africa ) through correspondence. He is a Member of the Association of Accounting Technician (MAAT) and The Chartered Institute of Business Management (CIBM)
Tshekiso Kgomotso Tshekiso is an Administration Officer responsible for providing procurement support for operational and programme services. She was previously employed by Goldtech (Samsung Distribution Botswana) as a Senior Accounts Officer. She has also worked for Sportsline International (Manufacturing Industry) as an Assistant Administration Manager. She has over 10 years experience in both Administration and Accounts. Kgomotso holds an AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians-UK), and she is currently pursuing her CIPS(Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply-UK)
Kgomotso Motshepi Kgomotso is an Office Support Assistant. He is responsible for administering ACHAP LAN and WAN systems and also oversees the whole Information technology (IT) structure and recommends future structures. His duties are mainly to administer the ACHAP IT, hardware and software maintenance. He worked for four years at Local Authorities as a Computer officer and has nine years working experience in IT field in different companies. Motshepi holds a diploma in Computer Studies from University of Botswana and Local Area Network design certification (connecting and Installations of Local Area Network) at AMP, South Africa.
Pule Tshidi Pule has been working for ACHAP as a Receptionist from December 2002 to date. She is responsible for manning the front office area, handling general enquiries, operating the switchboard, receiving and directing visitors, mail, postage and courier as well as assists the Operations Departments with clerical work Tshidi has done different short secretarial courses and is currently studying at th Chartered Institute for Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) through Botswana Institute For Administration & Commerce (BIAC).
Monareng Moreetsi Monareng has been working for ACHAP as a Driver/Messenger from April 2002 to date. He is responsible for providing effective messenger and driving services. Among other duties, he takes care of vehicle maintenance and licensing, collects and delivers mail, including banking and visitors/delegates. While Moreetsi maintains an accident free driving record, he carries out all other tasks relevant to his duties as may be requested from time to time. Prior to joining ACHAP, Moreetsi worked for Otsetswe Fabrics from 2000 to 2002. Moreetsi has done different short computer courses and is currently doing A+ with the National Institute of Information Technology(NIIT).
Moeletsi Kgomotso Moeletsi is a Cleaner/Tea lady/Messenger. Her administrative duties include filing, binding, photocopying documents and assisting with faxing. She also assists the receptionist to operate the switchboard, stock keeping of office refreshments and boardroom preparations. Prior to joining ACHAP she was working for Kenmoir (Pty) Ltd as a Sales Assistant selling garden produce. She has also worked for the Lion Park as a Waitress. She completed her Junior Certificate in 1992 and has done courses in Front Office Management and First Aid and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR).
Molatlhegi Susan Bongani Molatlhegi is a Cleaner/Tea lady/Messenger. Her administrative duties include filing, binding, photocopying documents and assisting with faxing. She also assists the receptionist to operate the switchboard, stock keeping of office refreshments and boardroom preparations. Prior to joining ACHAP she worked at Pick n Pay Supermarkets for three years. She holds an O Level Certificate from Shashe River Secondary School. She has also done courses in First Aid and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Dial-A-Smile with University Of Botswana.
