Makati is a

ACHAP, Ditsapelo worked as
a Human Resources Advisor
with Barclays Bank Botswana
where she was involved in
conducting recruitment, assessment
of manpower needs, interpretation
of HR policies, procedures & practices
and collation of performance
management returns, amongst
other functions. She has also
previously worked for Standard
Chartered Bank as a Human
Resources Manager and Debswana
as Senior Industrial
Relations Officer. She holds
a Masters Degree in Business
Administration from De Mont
Fort University (Gaborone)
and a Bachelors Degree (Hons.)
in Personnel Management from
Plymouth University in England

Helen
Raphael is
a Human Resource Officer responsible for
HR activities for ACHAP and its supported projects.
Among other duties, Helen is responsible for recruitment,
payroll administration, organizational relations issues,
development of policies and procedures and the co-ordination
of staff training and development programmes. Helen has a
diploma in Human Resources Management and boasts of 13
years HR experience from various reputable organizations,
some of which include Debswana Diamond Mining company,
De Beers Botswana, Metsef Trade Centre and Botswana
Breweries Limited. |
