Dr.Luke Nkinsi represents the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation on the ACHAP Board of Directors as Chairman. He has spent the last twenty-two years working in a variety of capacities in developing countries as leader in the public health field. Dr. Nkinsi received his medical doctor degree from the University of Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), and his masters in public health (Tropical Medicine, Epidemiology, and Biostatistics) from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine.
